To continue to provide world-class service through 2020 and beyond, ISS will continue to work with customers to help ensure that their workplaces continue to support their organizational goals, brands and cultures, given their competitive contexts.

To help us achieve this, we have Workplace Experience Managers at our customer sites who are responsible for the delivery of effortless and seamless service experiences throughout our Customer’s facility. Our WeX Managers are individuals who are Customer orientated, display initiative and are team players.

The Workplace Experience Managers are ISS specialists who:
  • Embed themselves into the site environment working alongside our service teams for the employees of the Customer
  • Recognise that people have different needs based on their role, demographics and culture
  • Observe the workplace environment and culture to identify the experiential needs across all ISS operational touchpoints
  • Accelerate improvement in workplace energy and engagement by serving as a process catalyst
  • Advise on how to develop an environment for increased creativity, productivity and wellbeing
  • Connect operational needs with service deliveries to implement the workplace strategy and design aiming to benefit all employees
  • Deliver Curated  Experience for the employees of our Customer
  • Enhance communication between ISS and the Customer
