ISS appoints New Country Manager in North America

ISS appoints new country manager in North America

ISS will be strengthening its business in North American by the appointment of Jennifer C. Bonilla as new head of the business in Canada and USA. Jennifer brings with her solid experience from other leading outsourcing companies.

Effective 12 May 2014, ISS will be appointing Jennifer C. Bonilla as Country Manager covering both Canada and USA. Jennifer joins ISS with more than 25 years of experience as a senior business leader and operations executive from companies such as Sodexo, Pitney Bowes Management Services and ARAMARK Corporation – leading outsourcing companies providing food, facility management and administrative services.

Jennifer has a successful track record of developing and leading teams focusing on consultative sales, strategy development and delivering operational excellence. Jennifer brings to ISS her deep leadership experience within the services industry. She has a bachelor’s degree in hotel administration from University of Nevada, an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a master’s degree in healthcare innovation from Arizona State University.
Jennifer C. Bonilla commented:

I am excited to join ISS and I am very much looking forward to my new challenges as Country Manager in this important market where ISS certainly has the potential to realise the vision of becoming the world’s greatest service organisation.
Jennifer will take over from David Openshaw who has acted as interim Country Manager.
